Aziz-IT offers IT consultancy, software development, managed IT services.

3. Payments and Pricing

All services are subject to agreed-upon pricing, detailed in the relevant proposal or invoice. Payment terms ar upfront, 50% deposit, or within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information required to deliver services.
• Ensure timely communication and availability for project requirements.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Aziz-IT services.

5. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of service.
• Information may only be disclosed with prior written consent or as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property created by Aziz-IT during the service remains the company’s property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may receive a license to use deliverables, subject to the terms specified in the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aziz-IT will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms. Aziz-IT reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or misuse.

9. Governing Law
